Florida Air has been in business since 2002. I started it, and I still run it. That means when you call and ask to speak with someone who actually knows what they're talking about, you're going to get me or Rachel — not a customer service rep hired last month. I didn't build a big company on purpose. I built a good one. There is a difference. Big companies route your call through a system. Here, you reach the people doing the actual work. We keep the team small because we know every tech personally — which means you don't have to wonder who is going to show up at your door. Our reputation is on the line with every job, and I take that seriously.
I've been in the trade since 2002 — started from the ground up, learned every part of it. I'm a Palm Bay native, so when I'm working on your system, I'm working in the same community where I grew up and where I live. That means something to me.
I'm NATE-certified and hold a Florida contractor license (CAC1823291). I still go out on jobs myself. I'd rather run a smaller operation where I can stand behind every call we make than grow the company into something I can't control.
My approach has always been simple: tell people what they actually need, explain it in plain language, and charge what it costs. We've had customers for 15 years because of that. I'm proud of it.

Our field technicians are a small and intentional group. Every tech we bring on is background-checked, NATE-certified or actively working toward certification, and has worked directly under me. There is no revolving door of contract workers here — no strangers we call in when things get busy and then never see again.
