What is the difference between the $89 tune-up and the annual plan?
The $89 tune-up is a single one-time visit with no ongoing commitment, great if you just want your system checked before summer or winter. The $148/year annual plan covers one system with two maintenance visits per year plus member benefits: one complimentary diagnostic service per membership year, priority scheduling during peak heating and cooling seasons, loyalty value toward a future system replacement, and a transferable membership. If you have two HVAC systems in your home, the $228/year two-system plan covers both at the same member-benefit level.
Do I need to supply my own air filter?
Yes. We ask that you have your filter on hand at the time of the visit and we will install it for you. This ensures you get the filter type and size that works best for your home and system.
What if a repair is found during my maintenance visit?
We will walk you through exactly what we found and provide a detailed estimate before any repair work begins. Your plan includes one complimentary diagnostic service per membership year during regular business hours, so the visit that uncovers the problem will not cost you a separate diagnostic fee.
Do you service all HVAC brands?
Yes. Our maintenance plan covers all major HVAC brands and models. Our technicians are licensed and trained on all equipment types including heat pumps, gas furnaces, electric systems, and mini splits.
Can I transfer my plan if I sell my home?
Yes, the annual maintenance plan is fully transferable to the new homeowner. It's a tangible benefit you can highlight when selling, showing the home's HVAC system has been professionally maintained.
