What is the difference between the $89 tune-up and the annual plan?
The $89 tune-up is a single one-time visit with no ongoing commitment, great if you just want your system checked before summer or winter. The $148/year annual plan covers one system with two visits (Spring and Fall) plus year-round member benefits: 5% off repairs, priority scheduling, diagnostic fee credit, loyalty replacement credit, and a transferable membership. If you have two HVAC systems in your home, the $228/year two-system plan covers both at the same member-benefit level.
Do I need to supply my own air filter?
Yes. We ask that you have your filter on hand at the time of the visit and we will install it for you. This ensures you get the filter type and size that works best for your home and system.
What if a repair is found during my maintenance visit?
We will walk you through exactly what we found and provide a detailed estimate before any repair work begins. As a plan member, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair rather than billed separately, and you automatically receive the 5% member discount on any repair cost.
Do you service all HVAC brands?
Yes. Our maintenance plan covers all major HVAC brands and models. Our technicians are licensed and trained on all equipment types including heat pumps, gas furnaces, electric systems, and mini splits.
Can I transfer my plan if I sell my home?
